Our shorts are super flexible, the elasticated waistbands have a lot of stretch. If you're inbetween sizes we'd recommend dropping down for sure.

Although all our shorts now have anti-bobble technology, we always reccommend washing your Progress shorts on a cold wash. If you have to wash hot, please do not exceed 30 degree.
Do not use a tumble dryer, only hang dry, all our shorts are quick drying so it will only take a couple of hours to be ready to roll again.
